Transformations that start with a clearly articulated purpose and then adopt a common set of principles and values are more likely to succeed than those that simply implement practices. Values and principles are constant, but practices evolve and change over time.

Values are a set of shared beliefs that guide the organization. Our values shape our thoughts, words and actions. Our principles are the rules for how we will act.
