Andrea Maier studied business administration at Pforzheim University and has many years of experience in various specialist and management positions in the telecommunications and IT sectors.
Since 2010, she has been working as an Agile Business Coach in various transformation and organizational development projects. Special focuses of her work are the changing role of the executive as a co-creator for innovation and agility in decision-making and value creation processes as well as systemic organizational consulting for establishing business agility.
She currently works in the Transformation Office of the Technology & Innovation Board Department at Deutsche Telekom and as a freelance Agile Business Coach. She is co-founder of the German Agile Practitioner Summit and the DACH30 group for agility in large corporations, in order to promote it through networking across company boundaries.
