Jens Paggel used to work as an agile coach in an automotive tier1 supplier. Based on training and education as physicist with focus on solid state physics he worked and researched in academia for 10+ years. In 2004 he turned to function / software / product development in different areas of automotive electronics. Since 2018 he is mainly focusing on project support / facilitation / training and consulting. Since Jan 2025 he pursues activities outside corporate life again.
