Jens Paggel works as an agile coach in a group function of Continental. Based on training and education as physicist with focus on solid state physics he worked and researched in academia for 10+ years. In 2004 he turned to function / software / product development in different areas of automotive electronics. Since 2018 he is mainly focusing on project support / facilitation / training and consulting.
