After studying social sciences with an emphasis on industrial working conditions, I have supported shopfloor groups and production plant management teams in Automotive industry for a looong time. I feel like I gained some “street credibility” there. Have finally and happily ended up in our Leadership Lab, where we support leaders on all levels and with diverse cultural backgrounds with whatever VUCA throws at them. We are constantly scanning the scene for helpful mostly systemic tools and perspectives, and for partners in systemic crime!
