What does a company want to achieve with an agile transformation? A common vision to focus and establish alignment is the start – looking at the system is at least as important. For Hedi Buchner, these are the two relevant cornerstones that must be considered in order to successfully develop an organization in the direction of business agility and adaptive organization. It depends on this which interventions make sense and can bring about a change. To then actively shape change, she works at all levels – personally, with teams and at leadership level.

Hedi holds a degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology (M.A.) and Computer Science (Diploma).
